Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
The PNSH10BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 10mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M8 fixing hole (8.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
The M8 range is the step up in fixing strength - same lined-clip principle, bigger bolt. In 18/8 304 stainless it serves outdoor and corrosive duty, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner fitted as standard across the range. The closed diameter of 10mm should match the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable being fixed, not its bore.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH10BG); the 8mm size (PNSH8BG); the 13mm size (PNSH13BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 10mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 10mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 3/8 in, if you work in imperial.

A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
A. They do different jobs: a hose clip seals a flexible hose onto a rigid fitting, while a P-clip fixes a pipe, hose or cable to a surface - holding it in place rather than sealing it.
