Loose lines chafe, vibrate and fail - the fix is a lined clip that holds them still without cutting in.
Sized at 6mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNSH6BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Specified with the heavier M8 fixing, this range pairs the 304 stainless band (18/8, EN 1.4301) with the TPE160 liner as standard - the combination for hot, wet or exposed runs where both the fixing load and the environment are demanding. Zinc and stainless are made to identical dimensions, so material is a free choice at the same mounting. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the zinc plated version (PNZH6BG); the 8mm size (PNSH8BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.
