Vibration is the quiet killer of pipework and wiring - a rigid clip without a liner just moves the wear point.
The PCSR6BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 6mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M6 fixing hole (6.6mm). The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -30C to +60C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
In 304 stainless (18/8, EN 1.4301), this is the version for runs that live outside or around moisture - the liner shrugs off UV and ozone, and the band will not rust where a plated clip eventually would. Dimensions are identical to the zinc version, so the mounting interchange is direct. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH6BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR6BG); the 5mm size (PCSR5BG); the 8mm size (PCSR8BG).

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 6mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 6mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 1/4 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -30C to +60C.
A. Check your service temperature: the standard black TPE liner is rated -30C to +60C, while the grey TPE160 high-temperature liner is rated -50C to +160C. For engine bays and hot environments specify the high-temperature version.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M6 hardware; the fixing hole is 6.6mm.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
