Machinery shakes; pipes and looms shouldn't. The clip between them does the absorbing.
Sized at 12mm closed diameter with a 6.6mm hole for an M6 bolt, the PCSR12BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its standard TPE liner - rated -30C to +60C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
In 304 stainless (18/8, EN 1.4301), this is the version for runs that live outside or around moisture - the liner shrugs off UV and ozone, and the band will not rust where a plated clip eventually would. Dimensions are identical to the zinc version, so the mounting interchange is direct. The standard liner's -30C to +60C rating covers general routing duty; where temperatures climb higher, the dimensionally identical high-temperature version takes over.
Also available - the high-temperature liner version (PCSH12BG); the zinc plated version (PCZR12BG); the 10mm size (PCSR10BG); the 13mm size (PCSR13BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.

A. Its closed diameter is 12mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1/2 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The standard TPE liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -30C to +60C.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
