Loose lines chafe, vibrate and fail - the fix is a lined clip that holds them still without cutting in.
JCS describes its P-clips as suited to the most challenging environments, and the PEZH16BG carries that specification at 16mm closed diameter: a TPE160 high-temperature liner rated -50C to +160C, UV and ozone resistant, wrapped in a ribbed band that bolts flush through a 10.8mm M10 fixing hole. Fixings are not supplied - pair it with your standard M10 hardware.
The M10 fixing is for the heaviest mounting points - zinc plated on all surfaces with the TPE160 liner as standard, it secures pipe and cable runs to structural steel and plant frames in non-corrosive conditions. A strengthening rib keeps the band flush to the mounting face once bolted.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PESH16BG); the 13mm size (PEZH13BG); the 19mm size (PEZH19BG).
One specification covers pipes, hoses and cables alike - fewer part numbers, tidier stores.
Measure the outside diameter of the line you are fixing and match it to the closed diameter - the liner does the cushioning, the bolt does the holding.

A. P-clips are sized by closed diameter, and this one closes at 16mm - so it suits a pipe, hose or cable with a 16mm outside diameter. Measure the OD, not the bore; non-standard sizes are available from JCS on request. That is approximately 5/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. No - fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied. The clip has a 10.8mm hole to suit an M10 bolt.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
