Sized at 16mm closed diameter with an 8.8mm hole for an M8 bolt, the PNZH16BG fixes pipes, hoses and cables to panels, frames and structures. Its TPE160 high-temperature liner - rated -50C to +160C - cushions the line against vibration and chafe and resists UV and ozone, while the ribbed band sits flush to the surface it is bolted to. Nuts and bolts are not included.
Zinc plated over mild steel and fitted with the TPE160 liner as standard, the M8 range carries lines on heavier structures - plant, frames and chassis - in non-corrosive conditions; the dimensionally identical stainless version covers wet duty. Non-standard sizes and liner options are available from JCS on request where a run falls outside the catalogue sizes. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so outdoor runs do not degrade it.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH16BG); the 13mm size (PNZH13BG); the 19mm size (PNZH19BG).

A. Its closed diameter is 16mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 5/8 in, if you work in imperial.
A. The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing of the item being clamped. It is UV and ozone resistant and rated for service from -50C to +160C.
A. Fixings are not included - pair the clip with your standard M8 hardware; the fixing hole is 8.8mm.
A. The 304 stainless version suits wet, salty or corrosive environments; the zinc plated version (coated on all surfaces including cut edges) suits general indoor and light industrial use. Both are made to identical dimensions, so you can switch material without changing your mounting.
A. The liner is UV and ozone resistant, so sunlight does not degrade it, and the band comes in zinc plated or 304 stainless for outdoor duty - stainless where it stays wet. Size the clip to the outside diameter of the tube or pipe being fixed.
