When a line must cross a panel, frame rail or wall, the fixing has to grip without chafing what it holds.
The PNZH13BG is a JCS lined P-clip with a 13mm closed diameter, sized to wrap a pipe, hose or cable of that outside diameter and bolt it to a surface through its M8 fixing hole (8.8mm). The TPE160 high-temperature liner absorbs vibration and prevents chafing, is UV and ozone resistant, and is rated for service from -50C to +160C. A strengthening rib in the band keeps the clip flush against the mounting face. Fixing nuts and bolts are not supplied.
This is the M8 fixing weight of the range - zinc plated on every surface, including the cut edges, with the TPE160 high-temperature liner as standard. The heavier bolt suits chassis rails, plant frames and structural mounting points where M6 hardware would be undersized.
Also available - the 304 stainless version (PNSH13BG); the 10mm size (PNZH10BG); the 16mm size (PNZH16BG).
Non-standard sizes and liners are available from JCS on request - this catalogue size is the stocked, off-the-shelf format.

A. Its closed diameter is 13mm - match that to the outside diameter of the pipe, hose or cable you are fixing. If you need a size that is not listed, JCS makes non-standard sizes on request. That is approximately 1/2 in, if you work in imperial.

A. The TPE liner is UV and ozone resistant, and the clip is available in heavily zinc plated steel or 304 stainless steel for outdoor and corrosive environments - choose stainless where conditions are persistently wet, and match the closed diameter to the tube you are fixing.
A. Yes - the design brief covers pipes, hoses and cables alike. The liner cushions the sheath against chafe and vibration, which matters as much on an armoured cable or air line as on a coolant hose. Size by outside diameter.
