Variations
The Fortron FDATFM-KIT3 is an optional adaptor kit for the Fortron ATF machine, providing dedicated adaptors for vehicle and gearbox applications not covered by the base machine's standard adaptor set or by the companion FDATFM-KIT2.
The kit covers the following applications:
WJ060005 — for the TF80 transmission family, used across multiple manufacturers including Volvo, Alfa Romeo, Cadillac, Fiat, Ford, Lancia, Land Rover Evoque, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercury Range Rover, and Saab. The TF80 is a six-speed automatic supplied as an OEM unit and used widely across the European and North American premium and mid-market vehicle ranges.
WJ060006 — for the Powershift transmission used by Volvo and Ford, the VW Touareg adaptor variant, and the Dodge Journey. The Powershift is a dual-clutch automatic widely fitted on Ford and Volvo platforms.
WJ060007 — for the GM TF80 application as fitted to Opel, GM, and Chevrolet vehicles. While related to the broader TF80 family, the GM application uses a distinct connector profile.
WJ060010 — for the ZF 8 HP, the eight-speed automatic from ZF used across Range Rover and models among others. The 8 HP is one of the most widely-fitted premium automatic transmissions of recent years and represents an important coverage point for any workshop servicing premium vehicles.
BBZ030034 — connection hose used in conjunction with the adaptor set.
This kit complements FDATFM-KIT2 (which covers a different set of applications including 722.9, and the wider VAG and range) — workshops servicing the full range of modern automatic transmissions will typically benefit from holding both kits alongside the standard machine adaptor set.
