The Sykes Pickavant 53331000 Prism/Vee Pipe Jaws are 100mm-wide insert jaws specifically designed for holding round and tubular workpieces in the Sykes Pickavant 100mm vice.
The vee profile engages the workpiece on both sides of each jaw, distributing the gripping force over a larger contact area and providing significantly more secure holding than flat jaws can offer on round work. This is particularly useful when holding pipe, tube, round bar, or cylindrical components for cutting, drilling, threading, or fitting work.
The 100mm width sizes the jaws to the smaller Sykes Pickavant 100mm vice format, suitable for the lighter-duty workshop bench work where this vice size is used. Equivalent 150mm and 180mm prism/vee jaws (53331500 and 53331800) are available for the larger vice formats.
