This wall-mounted preset tyre inflator with a bar/psi display sequence is suitable for all tyre applications, including commercial and retail tyreshops, mobile tyre fleets, automotive OEMs, garages, car dealers and transport depots. The advanced design means reliability meets touch screen technology with no compromise on unit life, and the ACCURA 13 adds multi-tyre capability, further reducing tyre inflation times across the bay. The inclusion of the Nitrogen purge (N2) facility means it can provide the industry's most up-to-date tyre services alongside standard compressed-air inflation. Operation is preset and automatic: electronic pressure pre-set with auto-start inflation, audible and visual end-of-cycle signals, and a remain-at-last-setting function for repetitive tyreshop work, all read from the 30 mm backlit transflective LCD. A ceramic sensor delivers accuracy to ±0.5% of full-scale reading — exceeding EC Directive 86/217/EEC — with reading accuracy of 1 psi / 0.1 bar / 5 kPa across a 145 psi / 10 bar / 1000 kPa inflation range from a maximum inlet of 217 psi / 15 bar. Inflation flow of 2500 l/min and deflation capability of 2400 l/min at a 10 bar supply keep cycle times short, and the unit remains accurate with hoses up to 50 m, supplied as standard with a 7.6 m hose and twin hold-on connector. The compact IP54-rated unit measures 300 x 420 x 90 mm, weighs 9 kg, operates from -20°C to 70°C in up to 95% RH, and accepts 230 Vac, 120 Vac or 12 Vdc supplies, with wall or pedestal mounting and customisation options for hose type and length, connector type and bespoke graphics.
