Product Number: PCL-HGV-TYRE-INFLATOR-KIT-AFG5H36-HRA3L02
An HGV tyre inflator kit for the truck bay: PCL's AIRFORCE MK4 Truck inflator on a 15 m Workshop Pro hose reel.
The AFG5H36 looks like the standard AIRFORCE MK4 but inflates up to 174 psi (12 bar) against 138 psi, answering the need for a higher pressure inflator that stands up to harsh tyre shop conditions. It has an aluminium die-cast body, a linear gauge with accuracy to EN 12645:2014, a 3.6 m hose and a twin clip-on connector. A larger viewing window, a 923 g body and a two-stage valve that saves pushing against full line pressure on deflate all reduce strain on repetitive work. It is made in Sheffield and suits indoor and outdoor use.
The HRA3L02 Workshop Pro reel holds 15 m of 10 mm bore hose. Its slow retract takes 9 seconds, preventing loss of hose control, auto retract stores the hose without kinks or tangles, and an adjustable hose stop holds it at any length. A built-in brush keeps debris out of the reel.
The reel's inlet and outlet are 1/4 BSPT. The ACA2746 fits the inlet so the reel plugs into your supply coupling, the AC21CF Airflow coupling goes on the hose end, and an ACA2593 on the inflator clips it in.
| Kit Contents | 1 x AFG5H36 truck tyre inflator, 1 x HRA3L02 hose reel, 1 x AC21CF Airflow coupling, 1 x ACA2593 and 1 x ACA2746 Standard Adaptor |
