The Draper 91273 Pistol-Grip Tyre Inflator addresses this need with a clip-on connector compatible with most vehicles, including cars, commercial vehicles, motorbikes and trailers, allowing the operator to lock onto the valve and inflate without holding the connector in place. The inflator is fitted with a 65 mm analogue gauge enclosed in a heavy-duty rubber cover, providing clear pressure readings and robust protection against workshop knocks and drops. A short 0.33 m hose routes air directly from the compressor airline to the tyre valve, keeping the tool compact and manoeuvrable at the wheel. The supply inlet is a 1/4" BSP taper, and the unit is supplied with a 1/4" BSP male adaptor to suit standard workshop airline connections. The maximum inflation pressure is 12 bar (170 psi), covering the working range required for passenger cars through to most commercial vehicle tyres. The pistol-grip format gives the operator positive control during inflation and deflation, while the combined gauge-and-grip design reduces the number of separate tools needed at the wheel. Suited to professional workshop use and commercial fleet maintenance environments where speed, legibility and durability are required.
