The SIP 03695 is a 30-tonne pneumatically-assisted shop floor press designed for a wide range of pressing, forming and straightening tasks in professional garage and workshop environments. With a heavy-duty steel frame, fully adjustable workbed and a working range spanning 151 mm to 1,031 mm, it delivers robust and exceptionally durable pressing performance across demanding daily use.
The press handles an extensive array of applications with confidence. It is well suited to pressing bearings, bushings and sleeves; bending or shaping metal rods and bars; straightening bent metal; bonding and riveting; punching holes in sheet and plate material; and forming sheet metal into various shapes. It is particularly effective for the removal and installation of bearings, wrist pins, universal joints and pulleys, making it a practical centrepiece for any automotive or engineering workshop.
A glycerine-filled manometer is fitted as standard, protecting the gauge from shock and vibration whilst delivering higher accuracy pressure readings and improved resistance to corrosion and adverse working conditions. The 150 mm ram stroke and 535 mm bed width provide a generous working envelope, whilst the overall frame dimensions of 1,830 mm height × 915 mm width × 700 mm depth give the press a stable, floor-standing footprint suited to fixed workshop installation.
