The SIP 03686 is a 100-tonne capacity pneumatically-assisted shop floor press designed for a wide variety of applications in garage and workshop environments. Built around a heavy-duty steel frame for exceptional durability, the press features a fully adjustable workbed that improves versatility across a broad range of pressing tasks.
The press delivers pneumatically-assisted pressing force across a working range of 93mm to 993mm, with a 300mm ram stroke and a bed width of 787mm. Maximum air pressure is rated between 108psi (7.5 bar) and 123psi (8.5 bar), with a 1/4" NPT air inlet. A glycerine-filled manometer protects the gauge from damage and corrosion whilst providing higher-accuracy pressure readings — an important consideration in demanding workshop conditions.
This floor press is well suited to pressing bearings, bushings and sleeves; bending or shaping metal rods and bars; straightening bent metal; bonding and riveting; punching holes in sheets and plates; and forming sheet metal into various shapes.
