The Draper 70539 is a robust hydraulic floor press rated to 12 tonnes, fitted with a sliding ram that delivers a 180mm stroke across a working table width of 455mm. Eight adjustable table heights — 224, 344, 464, 584, 704, 824, 944 and 1064mm — allow the operator to position work accurately for a broad range of pressing tasks, with a ram-to-table height range spanning 77mm to 917mm. The glycerine liquid-filled gauge, with a diameter of 105mm and a range of 0–16 tonne, provides increased accuracy and prolonged service life compared with a dry gauge. A safety valve is fitted to prevent the press from overloading, and an anti-kink coil is installed at each end of the flexible hose for increased protection against hose failure. The press frame measures 630mm wide by 80mm deep and stands 1350mm tall, giving an overall height of 1655mm. Capacity is 40mm ram diameter. The unit weighs 78.5kg and is supplied complete with two flat V-shaped blocks. Every press is fully tested and certified for safe, reliable operation before despatch.
