Getting authentic wood-fired results at home? Dellonda's DG219 is a pizza oven (stainless steel version), suitable for use with wood pellets, hardwood or charcoal (not included). Ideal for cooking/smoking pizza, fish, meat, vegetables and much more! Supplied with a pizza peel allowing you to safely slide your pizza into the oven, as well as a smoking cap to help infuse your food with the unique smoky flavour only found in wood fired ovens.
The cordierite pizza stone included absorbs heat quickly and is ready to cook in just 10-15 minutes and up to 14" pizzas can be done in approximately 60 seconds.
Includes stainless steel pizza paddle/peel and Cordierite stone baking board. Detachable smoking cap accessory also included, great for adding flavour to food. Cover doubles as a carry bag making it easy to transport wherever you go, and the tough, durable material ensures protection of your oven from the harshest elements. Hinged legs and removable chimney for fast install/breakdown making the oven portable and great for garden usage. It measures 44.2cm wide and 74.5cm high and weighs 14.5kg.
