The robust I-Beam structure combined with a C45 rail actively resists unwanted bending during sustained use, making it suitable for heavy fabrication, carpentry and assembly work. Capable of sustaining up to 306kg of clamping force, the clamp distributes pressure evenly across the workpiece. TPU protective cushions are fitted to both jaws to safeguard surfaces from marking and damage. The long handle design provides better leverage, allowing higher clamping pressure to be reached with less effort. One-handed operation is achieved via a quick release trigger, freeing the operator's second hand to position or support the workpiece. A quick change button converts the clamp to a spreader function, extending its versatility in the workshop. At 450mm, this clamp accommodates a wide range of workpiece widths for general and heavy duty applications.
