The clamp is capable of distributing up to 153 kg of sustained clamping force evenly across the workpiece, making it well suited to joinery, assembly, and general workshop fabrication tasks. TPU protective cushions are fitted at both contact points to safeguard the workpiece from marking and damage, preserving surface finishes on timber, composites, and other materials. Operation requires only one hand: a quick release trigger allows the jaw to be advanced and locked rapidly, whilst a quick change button converts the tool from a clamp to a spreader without the need for additional hardware. Long handles are incorporated into the design to provide better leverage, enabling higher clamping pressure to be reached with reduced effort. At 600 mm, the bar length accommodates a wide range of workpiece sizes typical of medium workshop use.
