The insulation is rated to VDE standard and tested to 10,000V, making the cutter suitable for use on live circuits up to 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC. The two-part bi-material ergonomic soft grip handle provides maximum grip and user comfort across extended working periods. Critically for overhead and height-access applications, the handle incorporates a tethering hole for attachment to a lanyard, reducing the risk of dropped tools.
