The Draper Expert HI-TORQ® 8mm Metric Flexible Head Ratchet Combination Spanner is manufactured from hardened and tempered chrome vanadium steel with black electroplating to provide corrosion protection in demanding workshop environments. The 180° flexible head allows the spanner to be repositioned without removing it from the fastener, while the 100-tooth ratchet mechanism delivers a 3.6° swing arc — enabling productive work where movement is severely restricted. The open end is set at 15° to the handle, further extending reach into tight spaces. The ring end uses the 12-point Draper Expert HI-TORQ® profile, which grips the flats of a nut or bolt rather than the corners. This load distribution transmits more torque to the fastener whilst reducing the risk of corner rounding — a common cause of fastener damage when using conventional spanners. Available individually and as part of sets, which are supplied in a storage and carry rack for organised access in the workshop or on the vehicle.
