Manufactured from chrome vanadium steel, the spanner is hardened and tempered for strength and durability, then chrome plated to provide corrosion protection during workshop use. The jaws are set at 15 degrees to allow access in confined or restricted spaces where a straight-jaw spanner cannot reach comfortably. Manufactured to DIN 3118 specifications, this spanner meets a recognised international standard for flare nut spanners, ensuring dimensional accuracy and reliable performance. It is supplied as a single loose spanner, making it suitable as a targeted addition to an existing set or as a direct replacement tool.
