The patented dual-layer insulated sheath is designed to make any damage highly visible, allowing immediate identification of compromised insulation before work begins. Every unit is individually tested to 10,000V and is suitable for use on live circuits of 1,000V AC and 1,500V DC, manufactured and individually certified to EN 60900. The ergonomic bi-material soft grip handle is designed for practical workshop use: a free-spinning palm action allows rapid screw tightening, while the handle geometry simultaneously permits full torque transfer when driving into stubborn fasteners. Flat sides are incorporated into the handle design to prevent the screwdriver from rolling on benches or sloped surfaces. The SVCM steel blade is hardened, tempered, and chemically blackened, with a precision-machined tip engineered for an exact fit to a No.2 cross slot head, reducing the risk of cam-out and screw damage.
