Each bit is manufactured from S2 steel, correctly hardened and tempered to deliver durability and long service life under the high-torque, high-impact conditions generated by impact drivers. The shock-absorbing torsion design is central to the bit's performance, increasing torque transfer while reducing the stress concentrations that cause premature failure. The blackened 1/4" hex shank features a shot blast finish, and precision ground tips are applied to each TX-STAR® profile to prevent cam out and protect screw heads from damage. Highly visible laser-etched size markings on the hex shank allow for rapid identification during use. The TX-STAR® profile is compatible with Torx fixing systems The pack contains five T30 x 50mm bits, providing ample supply for production or maintenance environments where bit wear is an operational consideration. Each bit is designed exclusively for use with an impact driver rather than conventional screwdrivers or drill-drivers.
