Draper Expert 5646 addresses this with a set of five No.1 PZ-type impact screwdriver bits specifically designed for use with an impact driver, where standard bits are liable to fail under repeated shock loading. Each bit is manufactured from S2 steel, correctly hardened and tempered to deliver durability and long service life under impact conditions. The shock-absorbing torsion design is engineered to increase torque performance by managing the impulse energy transmitted through the bit during each strike cycle. Precision ground tips reduce cam out and help protect screw heads from damage, preserving both fastener and workpiece. The 1/4" hex shank features a blackened finish with a shot blast surface treatment, and carries highly visible laser-etched size markings for rapid identification in a busy workshop environment. PZ-type bits are compatible with Pozidriv®/Supadriv® fixing systems. Pozidriv®/Supadriv® are registered trademarks of Trifast Plc. Each pack contains five No.1 x 50mm bits, providing working spares and reducing downtime when individual bits reach the end of their service life.
