Product Number: AK9240
When chiselling tasks demand heavy mallet blows without risking a split handle, you need a tool built to take the punishment. The Sealey AK9240 is an 8-piece hammer-thru wood chisel set designed for exactly that. Each chisel is constructed from chrome vanadium steel with bevel-edged blades, providing the edge retention and durability required for daily professional use. Full-length hammer-thru shafts run the complete length of the tool and terminate in a striking cap, so you can strike confidently with a mallet without damaging the handle. The contoured handles are fitted with soft grips for added comfort and control during extended use. The set covers six chisel sizes 6, 12, 19, 25, 32, and 38mm giving you the range to tackle mortises, joints, and fine paring work across a wide variety of timber tasks. Also included is a 203mm sharpening stone and a honing guide, so you can maintain a precise, keen edge on site or in the workshop. Everything is supplied in a storage case for organised, protected transport. Part of Sealey's Premier Hand Tools range and suitable for daily professional use.
