Getting an ATV or quad bike unstuck in tough terrain demands a winch that won't let you down under full load. The Sealey ATV1135 is a high-speed 12V recovery winch purpose-built for ATV and quad bike mounting, delivering 1,135kg (2,500lb) line pull on the first layer of cable. Powered by a 1.8kW (2.34hp) 12V DC permanent magnet motor drawing up to 150A at maximum load, it features a 180:1 gear ratio via 3-stage planetary gears, giving a no-load line speed of 4.8m/min and a maximum-load line speed of 1.6m/min. The patented automatic spring brake operates reliably under full load, while the sliding ring gear clutch and 4-way roller fairlead ensure smooth, controlled cable management. The motor and gearbox are IP67 rated for all-weather use, housed in a heavy-duty all-weather casing. A 4.8mm diameter wire rope of 14m length is included, with a cable minimum brake force of 22kN. Replacement wire rope (ATV1135.WR) and Dyneema rope (ATV1135.DR) are available separately. Compatible with the ATV1135KIT.
