Stripped spline fasteners are a common frustration in professional workshops, and using the wrong drive size makes the job harder still. The Sealey AK6241 Spline Socket Bit Set gives you eight pieces covering 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" square drive in a single kit, so you have the right combination for M4 through to M16 spline fasteners without switching between sets. Sockets are forged from Chrome Vanadium steel and heat treated with a fully polished mirror chrome finish, while the spline bits themselves are machined from S2 steel for durability under daily professional use. A knurled ring on each socket helps maintain a positive grip even with oily hands. Drive sizes and lengths are as follows: 1/4" Sq Drive (30mm) covering M4, M5 and M6; 3/8" Sq Drive (38mm) covering M8, M10 and M12; 1/2" Sq Drive (52mm) covering M14 and M16.
