The SIP 03700 80ltr Gravity Oil Drainer is designed for clean and efficient collection of waste oil, transmission fluid and other fluids from engines, gearboxes and assemblies in professional garages and automotive workshops. With a large 20ltr collection tray feeding into a heavy-duty 80ltr steel collection tank, the unit supports proper disposal of waste fluids in compliance with environmental guidelines.
The collection tray offers 360° rotation and an adjustable height range of 1195mm to 1810mm, allowing easy reach to a wide range of vehicles and assemblies. An oil level indicator tube on the oil reservoir allows the operator to monitor tank capacity at a glance. The frame is mounted on two solid wheels and two swivel castors, enabling sturdy and straightforward repositioning around the work area.
Fluid discharge from the 80ltr tank is air-assisted, requiring an air supply of 10psi (0.7bar) to 15psi (1bar) via a 1/4" air inlet. A 2.2 metre discharge hose provides reach for directed disposal. The unit operates within a working temperature range of 40°C to 60°C for engine oil, making it suited to standard workshop servicing conditions.
