The SIP 03722 80ltr Suction/Gravity Oil Drainer with Inspection Chamber is designed for clean and efficient collection of waste oil from engines, gearboxes and assemblies in professional garages and automotive workshops. Supporting both suction and gravity operation, this drainer is built to streamline oil changes and assist with the proper disposal of waste fluids in compliance with environmental guidelines.
At the heart of the unit is a heavy-duty 80ltr steel collection tank mounted on two wheels and two swivel castors for easy manoeuvring around the workshop. A 20ltr collection tray with 360° rotation sits above the tank to catch waste oil directly from the vehicle, and six suction tubes are included for flexible extraction. An 11ltr Perspex inspection chamber with an oil level indicator tube allows the operator to monitor fluid level at a glance, while an adjustable height range of 1190mm to 1810mm ensures reach across a variety of vehicle types.
The drainer operates via suction or gravity. For vacuum and suction use, an air supply delivering 5CFM at 6–8bar is required alongside a minimum 100ltr air receiver. Suction pressure operates between 87psi (6bar) and 145psi (10bar), with a 2.2m suction hose providing working reach. Oil discharge is managed at 10psi (0.7bar) to 15psi (1bar) through a 2.2m discharge hose, and the air inlet accepts a standard 1/4" connection. The working temperature range for engine oil is 40°C to 60°C.
