The SIP 03711 is an 80-litre suction and gravity oil drainer designed for clean and efficient collection of waste oil, transmission fluid and other fluids from engines, gearboxes and assemblies in professional garages and automotive workshops.
At the heart of the unit is a heavy-duty 80-litre steel collection tank mounted on two wheels and two swivel castors, providing sturdy mobility and straightforward positioning around the work area. A 20-litre collection tray sits above the tank with adjustable height from 1,190mm to 1,810mm and 360-degree rotation, allowing easy access to a broad range of vehicles. An oil level indicator tube on the reservoir keeps the operator informed of tank capacity at a glance, and six suction tubes are included for flexibility across different drain points.
The drainer operates in both suction and gravity modes. Suction operation requires an air supply delivering 5CFM at 6–8 bar with a minimum 100-litre air receiver; suction pressure range is 87psi to 145psi (6–10 bar) via a 2.2-metre suction hose. Oil discharge operates at 10psi to 15psi (0.7–1 bar) through a 2.2-metre discharge hose, with a 1/4-inch air inlet. The stated working temperature for engine oil is 40°C to 60°C, supporting safe handling of warm drain oil during routine service.
