The TIGREN 08208 is a 70-litre suction and gravity-operated waste oil drainer designed for efficient collection of waste oil from engines and gearboxes in automotive garages and workshops. Built around a heavy-duty steel tank with a 70-litre capacity and a 10-litre collection tray, it delivers high-volume oil recovery within a compact physical footprint.
The unit operates via both suction and gravity modes, with a pneumatic waste oil discharge function supported by a 1/4" BSP air inlet. Extraction pressure ranges from 116psi (8bar) to 145psi (10bar), and discharge pressure operates between 10psi (0.7bar) and 15psi (1bar). Operator safety is supported by an integrated pressure gauge, safety pressure relief valve, and air silencer. An oil level indicator tube on the reservoir provides at-a-glance monitoring of collected waste.
The adjustable-height column extends from 1040mm to 1500mm, accommodating a wide range of vehicle drain plug heights. The working temperature range is 40°C to 60°C. A castor and wheel-mounted base ensures the unit is easily manoeuvrable and simple to position across workshop bays, keeping downtime between jobs to a minimum.
The TIGREN 08208 is supplied with five suction hoses, one extraction hose, and one discharge hose, giving the operator a complete ready-to-use hose kit for varied oil-draining tasks.
