Refuelling diesel vehicles away from a fixed fuel point is a common challenge for fleet operators, farmers, and field engineers. The Sealey TP96 is a robust, portable 12V electric transfer pump designed to deliver up to 46 litres per minute, making it practical for rapid diesel transfers in demanding environments. Housed in a die-cast aluminium casing, the unit is compact enough to carry yet durable enough for regular use, and can also be wall mounted for fixed installations. Power is supplied via battery clips, drawing 18A at 12V with a rated output of 190W and a pump speed of 2600rpm. A 30-minute duty cycle per hour applies. The self-priming pump is supplied complete with 4 metres of hose and a manual delivery nozzle, an on/off switch, carry handle, four hose clamps, three hose tails, a mounting plate, PTFE tape, and a suction hose filter. An in-line fuse is fitted as standard, with two replacement fuses included.
