The SIP 06803 is a 24V DC electric diesel transfer pump developed for the safe dispensing of diesel and fuel oils in demanding workshop and fleet environments. At the heart of the pump is a powerful 160W DC motor fitted with copper-wound armatures, engineered for durability and consistent output. The aluminium nozzle provides long-term resistance to wear, while a built-in non-return valve aids self-priming and a built-in bypass system enables clean start-and-stop operation without manual intervention. The compact and lightweight construction — weighing just 7.10kg — makes the unit genuinely portable across multiple refuelling points.
The 06803 achieves a maximum pumping head of 10 metres and a suction head of 2 metres, giving operators meaningful reach in practical yard or workshop layouts. Operating at 3,200RPM, it delivers a maximum working pressure of 15psi (1 bar) and carries an IPX4 ingress protection rating, confirming resistance to splash from any direction. The duty cycle is rated at 30 minutes. Connection is via a 3/4" BSP fitting, with a 4-metre delivery hose and a 2-metre suction hose supplied as standard.
