The SIP 06897 SUB 3010-SS Heavy-Duty Dirty Water Pump is a 1kW (1.3hp), 230v 50Hz submersible pump designed for draining dirty water from flooded work areas, ditches, water tanks, vessels and large ponds. Suited to heavy-duty intermittent use as a temporary fixture, it is equally at home in agricultural and construction environments where reliable, rapid water removal is essential.
At the heart of the SUB 3010-SS is a powerful brushless induction motor delivering a maximum flow rate of 18,000 litres per hour through an impeller at the pump base. The motor is described as heavy-duty wound, combining durability with a lightweight build. A fitted float switch enables fully autonomous operation, activating automatically at 450mm depth and protecting the pump from dry running and overheating. The stainless steel housing provides hard-wearing, corrosion-resistant performance in demanding environments, while the high-grade carbon steel pump shaft offers high-tensile strength for long service life.
The pump discharges water to a maximum pumping head of 9 metres through hose or pipe connected to its 25mm–40mm diameter (1" BSP) outlet, and operates to a maximum depth of 7 metres. Particles up to 35mm in diameter can pass through the pump, making it effective in genuinely dirty-water conditions. Maximum water temperature is 35°C. The unit carries IPX8 ingress protection and is fitted with a 10-metre power cable for operational flexibility. Dimensions are 360(H) x 250(W) x 180mm(D) and the net weight is 5.50kg.
