The docking station supports both DC recharging aboard a recovery vehicle and AC recharging when wall-mounted in a workshop, allowing the booster to recharge automatically whilst stored. Strong magnets guide the unit into the dock precisely, ensuring an optimal connection and preventing movement during vehicle transport. The booster itself is built for demanding operational environments. Its durable shell case is impact-resistant and features an integrated carry handle for portability between jobs. An LED display provides at-a-glance information on voltage selection, current charge level, and docking station connection status. The jump leads are long, flexible, and fully insulated, measuring 1.55 metres in length with a 50mm² cable cross section, and the clamps are designed for secure attachment. A 500A fuse is externally accessible for convenience in the field. The battery carries a high capacity rated at 1,200 cranking amps, enabling it to accumulate and disperse high amperage energy for reliable engine starting at 12V. The unit measures 450 x 170 x 510mm and weighs 17.5kg. Supplied as one complete set comprising the Schumacher® Propulstation 12V Start Booster with Docking Station.
