The Draper 98921 deep water submersible well pump is designed for applications where a large head height or high pressure is required, delivering a maximum output of 91 litres per minute against a maximum head height of 40 metres, driven by a 1000W motor operating on a standard 230V supply. The pump employs multistage pressurising to maintain consistent output across depth, and incorporates an integrated float switch that automatically shuts the pump down when the water level drops to a safe threshold, preventing dry-run damage. Thermal overload protection provides a further layer of defence against motor damage during extended operation. The unit can be deployed at depths of up to 15 metres. The 25mm output aperture diameter and 25mm hose adaptor diameter facilitate straightforward connection to compatible pipework, while the maximum particle diameter of 1mm keeps particulate ingress within a manageable range for clear water duties. The pump is supplied with approximately 15 metres of cable fitted with an approved plug, making it ready to install without additional wiring work. A carry handle aids positioning and retrieval. Weighing 3.6kg, the pump is compact enough for single-operator deployment. The unit is supplied as a single pump assembly and is backed by a Draper 12-month warranty.
