The charger delivers a maximum charging current of 3A at 12V DC, drawing from a 230V AC 50Hz supply, and is compatible with a broad range of battery chemistries including AGM, Standard, Gel, Calcium, Start 'n' Stop, and Lithium (LiFePo4) types. It is suitable for batteries with a 12V capacity of up to 58Ah. A trickle charge function makes it particularly well suited to winter storage applications. Safety is addressed through built-in protection against reverse polarity, sparks, and overheating. The unit carries an IP54 protection rating, confirming its resistance to dust and water splashing, and operates across a working temperature range of -20° to +50°C. Protective bumpers shield the housing in workshop environments, and a suspension hook adds convenience when mounting the unit. Supplied with a 1.91m output cable, the package includes one connection cable with clamps and one cable with ring lugs, accommodating different battery connection preferences.
