The Draper Expert 77091 bolt cutters address this with flush cutting jaws hardened and tempered to HRC58–62, delivering a longer service life and reliable cutting capability across a range of material hardnesses. The 30° offset chrome vanadium steel cutting jaws are equipped with fine adjustment, allowing the user to maintain jaw alignment and cutting precision over the life of the tool. The flush jaw design is well suited to applications where a clean, flush cut close to a surface is required. Comfortable plastic grips are fitted to the handles. In terms of cutting capacity, the tool is rated for mild steel to HRC20 at 9mm diameter and mild steel to HRC40 at 7mm diameter. The tool is 600mm in overall length and is sold loose as a single unit.
