Product Number: AC93
Working with compressed air lines that lack a proper safety coupling puts operators at risk of hose whip when disconnecting under pressure a genuine hazard in workshop, engineering, and agricultural settings. The Sealey AC93 PCL Safeflow Safety Coupling Body with male 3/8"BSPT thread tackles this with a 2-stage, self-venting release system that vents residual pressure in a controlled sequence before the hose fully separates, preventing sudden, uncontrolled hose movement. Part of the PCL Safeflow range, the AC93 is fully compatible with Airflow and any other UK profile adaptors, so it integrates readily into most existing compressed air setups. It handles an airflow rate of 43cfm (1,218L/min) at 100psi (7bar), providing sufficient capacity for any air tool without introducing a bottleneck. This male-thread coupling body is a practical safety upgrade suited to workshops, engineering facilities, and agricultural environments alike. Supplied as a single unit with a 3/8"BSPT male thread connection.
