The PCL AC71JM is an XF-Euro series quick-release coupling with a male R 1/2 thread, manufactured in Sheffield since 1938 and supplied as part of the HORNGROUP range. The XF-Euro series is designed to deliver high airflow where it is needed most. The AC71JM features a 7.4 mm nominal bore and a flow rate of 2,200 l/min at 6 bar, supporting enhanced tool efficiency across the workshop. Hardened steel construction with a corrosion-resistant finish contributes to extended service life, and a steel shoulder prevents accidental disconnection during use. Each coupling is date-stamped for traceability and quality performance, and carries a blue PCL silicone band for identification, protection, and ease of handling. The AC71JM is rated for a maximum working pressure of 35 bar (508 psi) and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C, making it suitable for demanding compressed-air applications. It is compatible with XF-Euro adaptors and is also known by the Euro adaptor profile designation. The series interchanges with Rectus 25/26, CEJN 320/326 and 320/326 eSafe, Legris 25/26, JWL 510/520/530/540/550/560/570, Tema 1600/1625, Norgren 234/238, Schrader Intercheck 35, Parker 35, Prevost ESC/ERC/ESI/ISC 07, OETIKER SC C, Hanson Auto-Flo 24, Kee 072/075, and Ludecke ES/ESI/ESI*/ESIS/ESIS*/ESPN profiles. The PCL AC71JM is supplied in bulk packaging.
