The PCL AC71CF is an XF-Euro series quick-release coupling in female Rp 1/4 thread configuration, manufactured in Sheffield since 1938 and designed to deliver high-volume airflow to pneumatic tools across professional workshop environments. The XF-Euro series is built around a 7.4 mm nominal bore and a flow rate of 2200 l/min at 6 bar, supporting enhanced tool efficiency where sustained airflow is critical. The coupling is constructed from hardened steel with a corrosion-resistant finish for extended service life, and a steel shoulder prevents accidental disconnection under working conditions. A blue PCL silicone band provides identification, protection, and ease of handling. Each coupling is date-stamped for traceability and quality assurance. The AC71CF operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C and is rated to a maximum working pressure of 35 bar (508 psi), making it suitable for demanding compressed-air circuits. Interchange compatibility covers a wide range of established coupling profiles, including Rectus 25/26, CEJN 320/326 and 320/326 eSafe, Legris 25/26, JWL 510 through 570, Tema 1600/1625, Norgren 234/238, Schrader Intercheck 35, Parker 35, Prevost ESC/ERC/ESI/ISC 07, OETIKER SC C, Hanson Auto-Flo 24, Kee 072/075, and Ludecke ES/ESI/ESI*/ESIS/ESIS*/ESPN series. The AC71CF is also known by the Euro Adaptor Profile designation and is compatible with XF-Euro Adaptors.
