The PCL AC21JF is an Airflow series quick-release coupling in female Rp 1/2 thread — part of the original PCL coupling range manufactured in Sheffield since 1938 and carrying around 75 years of continuous design refinement. Constructed from steel with a positive locking mechanism, the AC21JF is built for fixed compressed-air applications where a single-action coupling is preferred — typically over a workbench or at a static drop point. A blue PCL silicone band provides identification, component protection and ease of use, while date stamping on each coupling supports traceability and quality monitoring. The British Standard profile ensures compatibility with Standard Adaptors across the Airflow range. The AC21JF delivers a nominal bore of 4.8 mm and a flow rate of 43 cfm at 100 psi, with a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi) and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The coupling interchanges with Rectus 19, Cejn 295, Kee 057 Series, OETIKER SC Series P and Ludecke ESB profiles, making it a practical fit across mixed-brand airline installations. Material is steel throughout, suited to the demands of engineering and workshop environments. The Airflow series includes male-thread and push-fit variants to complete the installation.
