The PCL AA7106 is an XF-Euro series adaptor with a female Rp 1/4 thread, designed for use with XF-Euro couplings in compressed-air systems where high flow and reliable sealing are required. Designed and manufactured in Sheffield by PCL, part of HORNGROUP, with a manufacturing heritage dating to 1938. The AA7106 carries the full XF-Euro series ratings: a 7.4 mm nominal bore, a flow rate of 2200 l/min at 6 bar, a maximum working pressure of 35 bar (508 psi), and a working temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The steel body has a corrosion-resistant finish and is case hardened for extended service life. The XF-Euro profile is also widely known as the Euro adaptor profile. The AA7106 is compatible with a broad range of industry-standard interchange profiles, including Rectus 25/26, CEJN 320/326 and 320/326 eSafe, Legris 25/26, JWL 510/520/530/540/550/560/570, Tema 1600/1625, Norgren 234/238, Schrader Intercheck 35, Parker 35, Prevost ESC/ERC/ESI/ISC 07, OETIKER SC C, Hanson Auto-Flo 24, Kee 072/075, and Ludecke ES/ESI/ESI*/ESIS/ESIS*/ESPN. This wide interchange compatibility makes it straightforward to integrate the AA7106 into existing multi-brand compressed-air installations. The AA7106 is supplied in bulk packaging.
