Worn or leaking hose end connections reduce airline flow and cause pressure drop at the tool. The PCL AC91S is a hose tailpiece fitting from the Vertex coupling range, designed to accept 7.9 mm (5/16 in) internal diameter hose and connect it into the Vertex quick-release system.
The Vertex range carries a series-rated bore of 4.8 mm and a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi), with a temperature operating range of -40°C to 100°C. The range is rated at a flow capacity of 43 cfm at 100 psi. These are Vertex series ratings applicable across the range.
The AC91S hose tailpiece is compatible with Cejn 295 and Rectus 19 interchange couplings, making it a practical choice for workshops running mixed-brand airline systems. The fitting accepts 8 mm / 5/16 in hose and connects into the Vertex coupling body.
