The PCL AC91R is a Vertex series hose tailpiece for 6.35 mm (1/4 in) internal-diameter hose, accepting a 7 mm hose bore, designed to connect compressed-air hose directly into the Vertex quick-release coupling system.
The Vertex range is rated to a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi) and is specified for an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 100 °C, making it suitable for demanding workshop environments. The series delivers a flow rate of 43 cfm at 100 psi through a 4.8 mm bore, and is cross-compatible with Cejn 295 and Rectus 19 interchange profiles, allowing the AC91R to be integrated into mixed-brand airline systems where those standards are already in use.
