The PCL AC91EM is a male-thread Vertex series quick-release coupling with an R 3/8 (BSPT) thread, manufactured in Sheffield to PCL's standards established since 1938 and supplied as part of the HORNGROUP range.
The Vertex series carries a 4.8 mm bore and a rated flow of 43 cfm at 100 psi, with a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi) and an operating temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. These series-level ratings make the Vertex suitable for demanding workshop and industrial compressed-air applications where consistent flow and pressure integrity are required.
The AC91EM is interchangeable with Cejn 295 and Rectus 19 couplings, allowing direct replacement or integration into existing airline installations that use those interchange standards. The male R 3/8 thread fits directly to female R 3/8 ported equipment, manifolds, or hose assemblies.
