Airline connections that leak or restrict flow reduce tool performance and waste compressed air. The PCL AC91EF is a female quick-release coupling with an Rp 3/8 thread, part of the PCL Vertex series and manufactured in Sheffield since 1938.
The Vertex series is rated to a maximum working pressure of 14 bar (200 psi) and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 100°C. The coupling delivers a bore of 4.8 mm and a flow rate of 43 cfm at 100 psi, making it suited to high-demand workshop airline installations. The Vertex series is interchangeable with Cejn 295 and Rectus 19 pattern fittings.
The AC91EF female coupling accepts an Rp 3/8 thread and is designed for direct connection to compressors, manifolds, or airline pipework of the corresponding thread size. As part of the PCL Vertex range, it is available alongside male plug variants and other thread sizes to build out a complete airline system.
