The hexagonal shank is specifically designed to cope with the higher torque ranges demanded by auger-type drilling, giving a secure grip in the chuck and reducing the risk of slipping under load. The bit is fully hardened for durability and features a screw point to aid accurate location and ensure smooth, consistent drilling from the start. Supplied in a protective plastic wallet. Suitable for use with compatible power drills and SDS-type machines that accept a hex shank.
