A 1.10kW (1.50hp) 4‑pole brushless induction motor on 230v (13A) at 1400rpm drives a V‑Twin oil-free pump delivering 8.50CFM (240ltr/min) piston displacement and 5.95CFM (170ltr/min) Free Air Delivery at up to 145psi (10bar). Concentric big end bearings reduce vibration, while crankcase air intake diffusion lowers contamination and extends valve plate life. Fan‑shaped stainless steel valves and technopolymer piston rings provide robust, low-maintenance performance. The wheel‑mounted chassis and 50L receiver provide both mobility and a stable air reserve for fibre blowing rigs and workshop tools. Forced air cooling, pressure cut-off and adjustable regulator allow extended runtimes and precise control.
