The Victron Energy Cyrix-Li-ct is an intelligent lithium-ion battery combiner designed for 12V and 24V systems, rated at 120A continuous. It manages the connection between a lithium battery bank and a secondary (starter or service) battery, ensuring the Li-ion bank is protected from over-discharge whilst allowing alternator or shore-power charging to flow correctly across both banks. Unlike a conventional relay, the Cyrix-Li-ct responds to control signals from a compatible Victron BMS, opening and closing the combiner circuit in response to battery state rather than voltage alone.
This makes it specifically suited to lithium battery architectures where cell-level protection is managed externally. The unit is compact and robust: 75 mm long, 65 mm wide, and 50 mm tall including terminals, with a total weight of 0.12 kg. These dimensions allow installation in tight battery compartments without modification.
This is the 120A variant within the Cyrix-Li-ct range; the 230A variant (CYR010230412) is available separately where higher continuous current capacity is required. Supplied new and genuine from Victron Energy, the CYR010120412 carries a 5-year manufacturer warranty.
